Scalloped Valance in Polo Navy Blue Stripe on White

This classic ticking stripe in navy is a great companion to other patterns, but it is also charming used all on its own. A lovely shade of navy on white. The widest stripe is 3/16″ wide.

* Valance is 50″ wide and 17″ long.
* Cotton sateen lining.
* Length is measured from the top of the rod pocket to the bottom edge.
* 3″ rod pocket, 2″ header.

Use alone or as a filler for the Empress Swag Valance.
