Returns & Refunds — Carolinalinensdeal

We accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. The 30-day period begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Items eligible for return must meet these conditions:

  1. The item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  2. The original packaging is retained, including tags, inserts, and accessories where applicable.
  3. If the item has a quality issue, damage, defect, or was received incorrectly, please contact us within the 30-day window so we can review and assist.

How to start a return

Email info@carolinalinensdeal.my with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. For quality-related returns, please include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label for eligible returns. Please do not send an item back before receiving our instructions.

Return costs

Eligible returns are free of charge, including return shipping, and no restocking fee is charged. Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions may not be accepted.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may then take 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account. If you have not received the refund after that period, please contact us with your order number.
